"Ophthalmic Emergencies: How to Manage a Red Eye "

This live interactive medical program for veterinary professionals will provide an anatomically based approach to ocular disease. The course will include fundamental examination techniques, how to complete the minimum ophthalmic database, plus a review from the outer layers of the eye to the inner anatomic structures. In addition, this presentation will review disease recognition, management strategies, and the differentiation of the causes of a red eye.
Learning Objectives:

How to differentiate and treat ocular diseases based on affected anatomic structures.

How to identify which conditions require urgent treatment.
